What the supplier lists
| Cell capacity | 20,000 mAh (77 Wh at 3.85 V) |
|---|---|
| Delivered at 5 V | About 10,600 mAh, the supplier's rated figure |
| Ports | USB-C in and out, up to 20 V. USB-A out. |
| Weight | 417 g |
| Safety marks | Not yet confirmed. We read the label on a sample first. |
Why two capacity figures: 20,000 mAh is the cell inside. Some energy is lost turning it into USB power, so the supplier rates what comes out at about 10,600 mAh at 5 V. We quote both.
Offline Brain / Add-ons / Power bank
Backup Power Bank
Keeps a phone going when the power's out.
Specs being verified. Everything on this page is the supplier's own figure until we've tested a sample. If anything differs, we change this page.
Not sold in Australia yet. We haven't confirmed delivery to Australia, so we don't offer it there. The Offline Brain download works in Australia.
Laptops: the supplier lists USB-C output up to 20 V but doesn't state the wattage, so we don't claim it charges a laptop until we've tried one.
About the power bank
Why "specs being verified"?
We haven't had a sample in our hands yet. Until we have, every figure here is the supplier's. We'll check the capacity and read the label, and update this page if anything is different.
How many phone charges is that?
We don't give a number until we've tested it. It depends on the phone and on the real delivered capacity.
How long does it take to arrive?
It's sent from our supplier overseas. We estimate 7 to 20 days, and the delivery cost is in the price.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days to ask for your money back.
