What a refresh year covers
| Wikipedia and WikiMed | Newer Kiwix builds, once we've tested them |
|---|---|
| Map pack | Fresher OpenStreetMap data for your area |
| The AI | A better small model, if a stronger open one runs well on an ordinary laptop |
| How it arrives | An email when a tested update is ready, then "Update now" in the start page while you're online |
| Length | 12 months, added after the year that comes with your download |
Without a refresh, nothing stops working. Your Offline Brain keeps running exactly as it is; it just stops getting newer builds.
